Join the Million Moms March in DC or hold events in solidarity in your city or show solidarity online.

In partnership with Mothers For Justice United, we are sponsoring solidarity events nationwide for those mothers, families as well as their supporters.

Mothers For Justice United was founded by Maria Hamilton after the murder of her son Dontre by a Milwaukee police officer on April 30, 2014.

Maria will travel with the other mothers to Washington, D. C. on Mother's Day weekend--May 9 -10, 2015--to make their voices heard in the halls of government, to demand justice for their murdered children, and to put an end to the race-based policies of police and vigilante violence in minority communities.

If you are a victim, parent of a victim, or supporter and cannot make it to Washington, D.C., you can show your support from your city in other ways on May 9th:

  • Hold a solidarity march in your town or city (See form below)

  • Host a vigil, Candlelight Procession or rally. (See form below)

  • Post the image to the left as a profile pic or on social media.

If you are planning events please use the form on this page. These events will be in solidarity for the Million Moms March and sponsored by Coalition Against Police Violence.
